Cancellation Policy
Life happens, no worries. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please text or call me at 440-482-2910. If you're running more than 10 minutes late, please text or call. If no one has an appointment after you, I will hold a spot. If not, I will help you reschedule.
A notice of 24 hours is appreciated, if possible. Unfortunately, I have to start charging for REPEATED no call/no show appointments. Not only do I lose the income planned for that time, but I turn away walk-in customers while waiting for that appointment.

First no call/no show: $5.00 will be charged and collected at your next appointment.

Second no call/show: The full cost of service will be charged and collected at your next appointment.

Third no call/no show (yes, it happens): You are welcome as a walk-in customer, but appointments will not be held for you. Any outstanding missed appointments will be charged and collected at your next visit.
